'What Will Grow?'
A summer art project at Hindle House Community Centre, Arcola Street, London E8
In the summer of 2004 Frances researched, planned, resourced and delivered a series of practical art workshops for parents/carers and their under 8's with a colleague Clare Burchill for Friendly Playgroup, based in the Arcola Street estate.
The art workshops were designed to be varied and fun, the work produced gradually built-up until at the end of 6 weeks it was transformed into a multi sensory, interactive exhibition which was covered by the local newspaper high-lighting the group's work at the Community Centre.
